I'm so pleased with your customer service. I had a hard drive crash, but still had my receipt in email. I sent a request hoping that someone would let me redownload the designs...and within 24 hrs. (maybe only about 12 hrs.) someone emailed me back with a new download link.

I just received the 50 cone polyester thread and free Christmas embroidery set and I'm thrilled with it. Best price I've found on the thread, and the designs are first quality.
